Vinyl Window Installation in Whitby

Whitby has one of the more varied housing mixes in Durham. Around historic downtown and Port Whitby you’ll find century homes and Victorian-era houses with tall, narrow windows and specialty shapes that demand a custom approach. Ten minutes north in Brooklin, the story flips: fast-growing subdivisions full of newer homes whose builder windows are just starting to age out.

Every window we install is custom-measured to the exact opening, so we can honour the proportions of a heritage Brock Street home just as easily as we refresh a modern Brooklin two-storey.

Whitby sits right on Lake Ontario, so homes here deal with cold winters and wind coming off the water. Modern vinyl frames never warp, rot or need painting, and with Low-E argon glass they hold heat in and knock out the drafts that plague older windows.

For most Whitby homeowners with single-pane, aluminum or fogged-up units, the switch to sealed vinyl is felt the very first cold night — and again when the energy bill arrives.
