Vinyl Awning Windows — Fresh Air, Rain or Shine
Hinged at the top and cranking outward, awning windows let you keep the fresh air flowing even during a light rain. Custom-made in vinyl and installed by our own team across the GTA to Barrie.

Premium White Vinyl, Custom-Ordered for Your Home
Every window we supply is built to your exact opening in durable, maintenance-free white vinyl — with energy-efficient Low-E glass and smooth, dependable hardware. Measured, ordered, and installed by one local family team.
What Makes an Awning Window Different
An awning window is hinged at the top and opens outward from the bottom, creating a small awning of glass over the opening. That geometry means rain runs off the glass instead of into your home, so you can keep the window open for ventilation during Ontario's frequent light showers.
Because they crank shut tightly against the frame, awnings share the same excellent weather seal as casement windows — making them a favourite for both fresh air and energy efficiency.
Where Awning Windows Work Best
Their compact, wider-than-tall shape makes awnings incredibly versatile:
- Above kitchen counters and sinks where reaching a crank is easy
- In bathrooms and laundry rooms for private, high-mounted ventilation
- Paired above or below a large fixed picture window for airflow
- In basements and along walls where a taller window would not fit
- Combined in rows for a modern architectural band of windows
Energy Efficiency & Weather Protection
Every awning window we supply is engineered to keep the weather out and the comfort in:
- Multi-chambered vinyl frame for superior insulation
- Compression weather seal that tightens as the sash closes
- Double or triple-pane Low-E glass with argon gas fill
- Rain-shedding design lets you ventilate without water entering
- Fusion-welded, maintenance-free vinyl that never needs painting
Hardware & Screen Details
A smooth crank operator opens and closes the sash with ease, and a multi-point lock pulls it tight for security and sealing. Screens mount on the interior and are easy to remove for cleaning.
- Low-profile folding crank handle in multiple finishes
- Multi-point locking hardware
- Removable interior insect screen
- Optional grilles and colour matching to your home
Custom-Made & Professionally Installed
We custom-order each awning window to your exact opening, then our own crew handles removal, installation, sealing, and cleanup. One local family business responsible for the whole project — backed by a warranty you can count on.
"We added awning windows above our kitchen sink and in the basement. They open easily with the crank, seal up tight, and let us leave them cracked open in the rain. Great quality and a clean install."
